I gave my cell phone to Service centre on 1st oct and I was told I'll get it back on 15th but till date i have no updated from HTC infact when I talked to them they said me the following thing..:
Simran Chat (Serv Rep) With reference to the repair ticket number 15INA[protected], your HTC device has reached the back end repair team and currently being Diagnosed to know the actual cause of the issue.
Preeti Agarwal (Customer) dat means
Simran Chat (Serv Rep) We have brought this case to the attention of our service department and they will coordinate with the service center and try to deliver your phone at the earliest.
They not not started even working on my phone...
