HTC — Faulty phone

I bought HTC 820 for my friend in Jan, 2015. In just one month, my friend found defect with speaker. When she submitted the phone, Service center people kept it for 1 month but could not repair. When i complaint again they asked to submit and again she did. But they could not resolve the case. Now we need some permanent solution to this issue.
