HTC — HTC 816 mobile not repair since 24feb.parts not arranged in 1 month

Dear sir, Myself Anuj kumar.I bought a HTC816 in August 2014. Since Aug2014, i give my mobile to service centre 3rd time on 24feb. Today when i call Htc, they told me parts not available, Parts will dispatch from Taiwan on 27th march.While i give mobile in service centre in 24feb.Why HTC not dispatched parts in 1 month?????
