HTC — Desire 826_back pannel developed crack and excessive heat

Dear Team,
I had bought HTC Desire on 28th June 2015 in supreme Paradise shop @ Brook Fields Mall in Coimbatore. IMEI Number : [protected]. I was using the same as per the standard instructions of company sine June. I suddenly found a crack in the Back side of the Mobile. In Due course the cracks got enlarged and mobile started to heat up excessively. I need your concern to look at the fault and rectify the same. I am not getting any response from the customer care and i feel that am being neglected from your service end either to look in to this issue in terms to rectify or to do proper service to the customers.
