HTC — Htc Handset did not repair since past 26 days

Dear Sir/Madam, I had given my htc 700 dual sim phone to htc service center at bunglow road, kamla nagar, new delhi on 2nd July'2015 and they have been giving only the stupid reasons that they do not have a stock of that part and that part will come from taiwan but not sure that when the part will come and get it repaired. it is very shameful that htc service centre do not have a part or else why don't they replace my handset? HTC has a very poor service that i have been facing this issue since 26 days even they do not know what should to do and i tried several times at customer care[protected] but they gave me the same reasons and now i just made a call before 9 pm they do not have a headset where they can listen my voice and they disconnected my call after waiting 15 mins at ivr.? please help me as i am in trouble regards naveen yadav [protected]
