I have purchased the mobile handset (Imei no. [protected]) - model - 1e9 plus four months back. The handset is a defective product, gets heated up and hangs very frequently. During this period i could hardly use the handset.
It is a very sad state of affairs that very expensive handset costing rs. 36000/- has gone faulty within four months.
On taking the product to the service centre, i was told that the part no. 99hadm019-00 has gone defective and it will take more than a month for getting it rectified.
After purchasing a expensive mobile with the hard earned money, i am not able to enjoy the services. Besides financial losses, i am suffering from mental agony due to supply of defective handset. During these period, my officials works got suffered due to which i have lost my goodwill before my superiors.
Therefore you are called upon to replace the defective handset immediately, as i have faced a lot of harassment and mental agony. It is made clear that in case i do not get a new handset within 7 days, i shall file a complaint before the appropriate court at your cost and risk. Was this information helpful? |
