HTC — Htc service center, chennai | |||
Sir i purchased a new HTC 820 G PLUS costing me Rs.19000 from an dealer named POORVIKA from Express AVENUE shopping mall, Chennai.After using it for 2 months its screen abnormally came out i went to the service center till that time my phone was in proper working condition they told me to leave the phone and it ll be replaced or repaired by company and you will be called after 15 days you come and take your phone but they called me and said your phone is releasing liquid .Sir it was in a good working condition and also in warranty period and its the service center fault they have damaged my phone and if its happen i will have to pay around 7000 to 8000 rupees for changing the screen . Sir i am a student and i dont earn money .I would request you to please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
