[Resolved] HTC India — Defective mobile handsets | |||
I brought HTC desire V handset in dec 2012. It has restarting problem right from first month. I visited services center 2-3 times, they just do formatting or software up gradation but problem remains same. Then I took wrote mail to HTC India stating to return defective piece and give me another one. They replied me saying that give this mobile to services center for last time and it will be solved. I trusted them and gave it for repairing. They changed motherboard and problem didn't occurred for 2-3 months. It started again, since rebooting was not so frequent initially, also i was quite busy with my work schedule i didn't visited service center. Now from last one month it is not at all turning on. I visited services center they are asking me huge amount to change motherboard. I got 12 months warranty and in just 15 month phone is useless with 5 times visit to service center. It is totally new from look but useless. This is worst brand i have ever seen, moreover so less support. They don't care of customer satisfaction. Thats why it is now sinking boat in mobile market. Friends, because of me 4-5 of my friends also brought HTC all are facing some or other problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
