HTC — Mobile handset

I ve purchased HTC desire 626g+ in April 15 and it started creating problem in Aug. The mob is unable to read / detect the sim. First the dealer (Aditya Vision at Gaya) showed his unwillingness to take the handset saying that you have to yourself submit it to the service centre Patna.
This is really pathetic. At the time of purchase false promises are made that easy services will be provided.
However they finally accepted it and now almost after one month I don't have any idea about my handset.
It's really horrible. Every time they are making the promises to give the set within 1-2 days that has never come.
