Just one month...and some usage days...HTC one M8 ..The Very much Hyped model..Showing touch screen problem..Ok its fine we accept that but the service level atleast they can keep up high to match the customer grievences...TOtally sucks...Its now 15 days now after submitted the mobile at their serivec centre in Mumbai..Today I checked the status the reply is parts are going to expect this saturday and afrter 2 -3 days of that you can call us back to check...How pathetic it is...Its Shame on HTC to provide such a bad service...THats where IPHONE wins in every aspect...5 was IPHONe user and agiin going back to IPhone ...HTC will never grow..AFTER sakes are very important if you dont understand that there is no use to make good phones...Totally disappointed...will never ask any of my friend to BUY HTC
