I had been talk with customer care & higher authority named as Mr Parth many time. but my issue not solved by htc .
higher authority told me i gave 30% discount of your service charges, but i told them ser kindly listen my issue that my handset 4 times visit at ur service center (TVS JAIPUR). so how my handset's warranty period expired because in a one year my handset visit ur service center 4 times and service center takes appx. 1 month resolved my problem. thats why my handset 8 months with my side and 4 months with htc service center. how my handsets warranty period expired.
Mr parth told me u want 30% discount or not otherwise ur handset fully charged.
every time my handset had same problem disable motherboard. this problem not solute by service center and i have got mentally and economiclly herrasment from htc ..
i really disappoint with HTC customer service center or customer care.
I want replace my handset because above issue (disable motherboard) has raised again, but customer care not agrred with me.
many times i talked with cutomer service executive named as Rakhee, Bipasha, Aakansha, Farheen, Rubina and many more but all they are not resolved my issue.
I continue talk with them last 20 days till 2 to 3 hours but they not solute my issue.
my handset submit service center 15 april 2015 but till now my handset at service center.
It was really customer harassment, or i suggest to HTC there is no service where is no customer.
