HTC — New Phone Repaired Six Time in 11 Months | |||
I purchased a mobile of HTC company (Desire VC T 328D Black, IMEI – [protected] )on 04/06/2013(Invoice No. 20118) form Bansal Enterprises at Chandigarh. I was in a impression that HTC mobile is good company but I was wrong. Please find the repair history of my handset: Date Repair Recommendation 23-Nov-13 Replace LCD w/ Touch window & Bezel 11- Dec -13 Re- Flash Rom Image 02-Feb-14 Replace LCD w/ Touch window & Bezel 12-Mar-14 Re- Flash Rom Image 18-Mar-14 Replace LCD w/ Touch window & Bezel 24-Apr-14 handover to customer care centre Toady again, I handover my handset to the customer care with the following issues: 1. Sim not Detecting 2. Hanging Problem 3. Whatsup not working 4. Display Issue 5. Speaker issue Some visit to customer care centre were not recorded due to minor repair like software issue. Within 11 months of purchasing there are so many issue in this hand set. I am working in private company and without mobile I cannot do my office work being a salesman. Every time, customer care centre employee are saying that now handset is ok and it will work properly but after some, I am facing same issue. Can company help/guide me in this regard on urgent basis?
