HTC — Not happy with HTC Handset

Dear HTC Team, Request you to please look in to the below mail I have bought HTC 816 model in month of August 2014. Its dual sim phone & nano sim. Whenever i insert any sim it never shows no network. If i insert the same sim in other phone it works. I want replacement of my phone or i wanted my phone to be repaired. Request you to please look in to the same on urgent basis Receipt copy i will upload later on
