[Resolved]  HTC — Phone is getting automatically switched off

To Team, This is Mayank khatri from Jabalpur just want to inform you that with in fifteen days of having a desire 616 I am facing a huge problem that mobile is getting automatically switched off and we are not having a hTc center over here what we are having is a collection center...though after telelphonic conversation I had gone through that center and they told me that it might be a software problem..and they checked the phone and after that too I am facing that problem again and again...Kindly assist me what to do next?
