[Resolved]  HTC — phone not giving back on time

i have submited my phone(htc desire816) on 4/10/14 for hanging and software issue but still i didn't get my phone back. 23days are completed after submition of phone n i wnt my phone as far as possible. Dtails:-(Ticket No.14INA[protected], (Job No. BOM[protected] n i have also done the call in ur customer care but they didnt gave any satisfactory ans. n complain id for tht is:-14IND[protected]
