HTC — Provide me defected HandSet -HTC 826 Dual SIM

This is to inform you that I have purchased A mobile of HTC .. model : HTC 826 dual SIM for Rs 23 thousand apporx ...on 27 July 2015
And on 23 August 2015 .. it's camera has been stopped to working .. I have called Customers Care of HTC as well as also did Chat with them ... They give me two three solutions to prosess but refused to exchange the Handset ... I have did according to their solutions but still my Camt is not working ... And HTC not going to change my Handset... Kindly Help me for the same my details are below
