HTC — repair for back case

i bought my htc 526 g+ glacier blue about 2 months back.its having a complaint of loosing the paint from back case as well as for the front display cover. i made a complaint with the customer care and has got a reply as, i can get it replaced within a week.its been 1 and a half month and i didnt got it repaired. now the customer care representative is asking me to submit the phone for one week for its repair. kindly reply me.
