Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding the complaint on fraud company lootshop.in. I booked a phone Lenovo Vibe K4 Note (Black, 16GB) for Rs7, 098 as seen in the advertise on facebook on march 22nd 2016. till date i didn't receive my booked item and also drop a mail to customer care of lootshop.in but no response from them and also asked them to refund my money back but no response. Please help to get my money back from the fraud peoples and company.
