[Resolved] https://www.Fabpanda.com/ — No help from the Fabpanda for return of incorrect product and refund | |||
I purchased a shoe from Fabpanda and I received an incorrect size, I did not even received an invoice of the product. From past one and a half month I'm trying to return the product and get a refund but the company keeps giving me turn around time but no one comes for the return pickup. After several calls I got through an executive but all in vain product is still with me. I've sent numerous emails but no help for returning it back. Is there a way I can return the product and teach them a lesson for this negligence. As consumers company's like these destroy online market for other new players as well. This is a perfect example for extremely pathetic customer experience. My order id is 8122. If you can see the order history I don't even see a request being raised for return pick up.
