I got my "Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank" on 22/08/2015 Order no. [protected], but it is a defective product, even my 2300 mah battery phone can't charge fully with this power bank. so i want refund of amount paid ₹580 and compensation for the fraud done by them. even they are not giving any response of my complaint; Ticket tracking ID: XTQ-8AV-MD43

Company should refund my amount of ₹580. by direct transfer to my bank account or by hand cash through the agent who will come to pick up the product. and take back this defective product as soon as possible.
