This reference ID was created on 30 Mar'15 so that I could get a refund for my cancelled ticked. PNR Z1Y7LJ Go Air. Ticked was booked at the makemytrip counter at Mumbai Airport and was cancelled at Go Air ticket counter at Mumbai Airport. Booked and cancelled on 06.02.2015. I did escalate this issue online till "Write To Management" and for a longtime now the status is showing as "Resolution In Progress." I did send more messages asking for an update and I am not getting update on how long it may take for the refund.
