I am Owning 2 sets and very mush satisfied with features & performance of honor 8 pro mobile. With the satisfaction I ordered one more honor 8 Pro mobile on Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected] & IMEI#. [protected], [protected] which was delivered to me on 13th July 2018 but this product has serious battery issue. It drains out completely within 3-4hrs without any usage.
Regarding the same I contacted your customer care executive regarding the same issue. They verified IMEI# & got to know that the product delivered to me was sold by Amazon in the Month of May 2018.
When I questioned how can this happen they told customer who brought this product might have returned the product due to some issue & the seller might have sold the same thing again on Flipkart. This was really shocking to me.
Similar experience I had with Amazon as well. I purchased honor 8 pro & they didnt delivered me the phone saying honor 8 pro product's are not available, after 25days.
My concern here is honor 8 pro is very good product with good performance & features but the sellers on Flipkart & Amazon are spoiling the reputation of the product.
Please do take care of it as this product is available only Online.
