Huawei — honor view 10

I returned an honor view 10 on the 13th december and should be receiving a replacement handset as the phone was faulty on arrival. Since returning i have called multiple times yet i have still not had a replacement. I speak to staff who can't help, i receive no email communications and despite requesting management to call me back nobody has. At this point i wish i had never bought a product from honor as the customer service has been awful. I spent a lot of money on a phone and it is frustrating it was faulty but what is even more frustrating is how poorly i have been treated.
