Huawei — p20 lite smartphone | |||
Took the brand new p20lite mobile from amazon in the month of may-2018, within 2 month mobile battary completely drained, not able to switch on the mobile. Taken to registered service center at trivendrum, Person their analysed and said battery replacement is solution and asked to wait for 1-week as spare battery not available, after 1 week same person is saying they dont know about the dispatch status of the battery and asking me to come and collect the mobile back.
