Huawei Telecommunication (india) Co. Pvt. Ltd. — Nexus 6P Bootloop issue

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400606
Website:consumer.huawei.com/in

I purchased Nexus 6P mobile (manufactured by Huawei and developed by Google) in Nov’15. In Apr’17 my phone started giving problem and not turning on (only showing Google logo on screen). Google/Huawei has identified this problem as ‘BootLoop issue’. This issue is faced by majority of Nexus 6P users all over world. When I contacted Google they told me they are giving replacement of device for this error for users who had purchased directly from GoogleStore. Since I purchased it online from Flipkart they asked me to contact manufacturer. Huawei telling me motherboard of phone needs to be changed and asking Rs.24000 as my device is not in warranty.
My point is why I should pay repair charges equal to 80% of new device without my fault. My device has bricked because of Huawei’s faulty hardware. Huawei is blaming Google for their software for motherboard damage. Thus both of them are passing me to each other. I need my phone in working condition without charging me anything, so please help.

Did anyone find any solution?
This is so dissapointing :(
Hi Nishant,

I am also facing same boot-loop issue in my device(Nexus 6P) and same response i got from Huawei Service Centre, they asked INR 24K to repair device.
Hi Nishant/All,

Have got the same response from the service center, bombing us with a whopping 23k is not the response we should be expecting from these two companies, they should have something in place similar to what Samsung has to replace their displays at a nominal price, as this is a manufacturer defect they shouldn't be asking anything in the first place. let us make our voice heard by the two companies if they are at all listening.

I hope to receive a response if this an official channel.

Regards,
Venkat
