Sewage problem

Dear Sir,
i am residence of Sector 23, Hno-2007 of Sonipat Haryana, I write many complaint against sewage blockage problem. but no man clean the sewage line. water is overflow. I submitted water and sewage bill. then why they not clean the sewage line.

Give me suitable Reason as soon as Possible
