[Resolved]  Huda — Request for permission to mortgage and non encumbrance certificate

I had applied on[protected] for Permission to Mortgage and Non Encumbrance Certificate of H.No. 501, Sector 14, in the name of Sharad Dubey S/o Shri K.K. Dubey R/o H.No 501 Sector 14, Rohtak vide application No : Z0005/E0010/UEE018/2013/MECER/000170.

HUDA Rohtak has rejected the application on the ground that Rs 465 is pending due against property. After Investigation, it was found that Rs 465 is due due to Completion Certificate is not uploaded in HUDA Computer Records.

As per HUDA Rohtak officials, they had sent the file to Head Office. But nothing has happened so far.
