Grievance Description : Registered letters adressed to HUDCO, Chennai sent on 12/11/2013 (RT[protected]IN) and again on 13/4/2014 (RT[protected]IN) regarding Water Seepage and Bathroom Water Dripping from the Hudco Flat 436/8, Royal Enclave, Annanagar to the flat below which is 436/4 has still not been addressed.There was work done to lay new tiles and conversion of indian to western closet in the flat 436/8 last year but the seepage issue was not resolved.Though the issue has been brought to the notice of hudco via the grievance cell and via email also no action has been taken till date.The last grievance MHUPA/E/2017/00188 was closed stating the issue is fixed and a letter has been sent to complainant on 14/3/17 but on the contrary no letter has been received yet.Will the concerned authorities look into this and address the issue sincerely and on humanitarian grounds as it hampers the right to live in a clean shelter as the conditions of the bathroom and the walls make it uninhabitable and make a sorry picture of apathy of our system.The sample pictures of the apathy which have been attached in the previous grievance MHUPA/E/2016/00728 and detailed latest pictures have also been sent via email to the JGM(p) and the cro (who resides in the flat 436/8 causing the problem)hudco, Chennai on 3-march-17.Hoping that the issue will be addressed atleast now...
