Humsafar Holiday — Not refunding money even sent email to refund up to 5th October full 45k

I have transfer ₹ 45k in September 21 to Humsafar holiday based delhi to book quarantine package to travel Saudi Arabia from India via Bahrain.
Agent informed me they not able to get visa that's why up to 5th October full refund will be processed but until now not processed full refund and no response from them.
