My poor driver manoj kumar purchased hundai xcent on 02 may 2016 from mahadev hundai for running the taxi services. After 10 days on 12th may the vehicle started giving the trouble. He took the vehicle to m. R. Hundai, ghaziabad for repairs. They told him that the starter of the vehicle is not functioning and needs replacement. His vehicle got stranded since than. The part came on 21st may about which he was informed by the dealer. When he went there on 23rd may and checked he was told that the wrong part has come from chennai and it will take another ten days. Since he has planned to run the taxi he is incurring the daily loss of rs.5000/- per day. Till date he has incurred about rs.100000/- loss excluding the payment of emi on loan and mental agony undergone.In view of this please replace his vehicle immediately and also give him rupees one lakh compensation for the losses..
