Hungama BSNL — Deactivate hungama

I want to deactivate Hungama services as they cheated without informing the payment .kindly deactivate all Hungama services on my number[protected].

I received the call yesterday and the executive got all the details from me and they never told that I am supposed to pay any amount for subscribing.

I tried reach the on the customer toll free number, all the I call they made me wait for 4 minutes and the call gets disconnected.

I never thought such a reputed company like bsnl would mislead people by giving incomplete information.

Please expect you to deactivate the Hungama service from my land phone and let me free.
