Without requesting to your goodself you had activated hungama facility in my droadband activated on land line no[protected], i had already been request you for deactivation of the sdame but in vain, so you are once again requested to deactivate the same forthwith without any further delay. I had no use of this programme and activation of this access extra financial burden on me

earlier also I had submitted the complaints for deactivation of extra vas service Hungama forcibly activated by you without my request I hereby submitted that this service has no use to me and it s keeping extra burden upon my financial so you are very kindly requested to deactivate the facility activated on my broadband at land line No.[protected] failing which I shall be constrained to deactivate the broadband facility
