10th September, I purchased for 4300 today in Central Gachibowli store with a constant information given by your sales executives that we will be given 4000 worth of gift vouchers (as the store was new in gachibowli) to be redeemed in the upcoming 45 days. They may check the CCTVs and everyone in (UCB, USPA, had been giving the same information to us. only to realize we have to purchase for 20000 to get 4000 to be redeemed.
A purest of level of misguiding and in crude words cheating customers in the best way possible. and the worst part is these guys considered to inform us about 20000 purchase only after billing was done. I was anyways gonna purchase things but this kind of behavior is not welcome.
And then the hilarious part is the customer care Managers who had a broad smile but never seem to be worried that they have committed a mistake with this. Was this information helpful? |
