I Mrs S. Rajamani bearing CAN No:[protected] at address H.No: 8-3-748/a, Yellareddy Guda, Ameerpet, Hyd-073
has been facing the water problem over a month till date and no official is addressing my problem accordingly, even in repeated complaints to the area Manager Mr. Rajendar and even with line man Venkatesh. as this problem is keep repeating everytime when I complain they are convincing with their words like the problem is/will be solved and you people should get water properly from onwards.. Even still the THE PROBLEM PERSIST. line man and manager said that they gonna check the valve in that line, but till date never happened that repairs... On such a repeated complaints to manager and other concerned people whom shall I believe and with whom shall I get the works done properly. Please help me out from these problems as we all know how the water important in our daily routines... we are seriously facing very severe problem through out these days.. we not even getting 15minutes of water every alternate day... even though we have got two connections of same line, still the situation if same NO WATER... and even requested to change one of the connection to other line of different timings.. Please please consider this request as a personal plea... cz in December month we have marraige of my daughter in our home so it would be BIG BIG PROBLEM for us to survive from the occasion... I believe you guys have understood my problem how am fighting with the daily challenges which you water works department people has throughing at me...
Sir please I sincerely request the concerned authority to look into the matter ASAP...
