Hypermarket Kart — want refund from fraud company hypermarketkart.com | |||||
On 13th morning, i saw an ad of 50 percent discount on online shopping through hypermarketkart.com in times of india. This was complete full page ad n as it was published in toi.. I never thought that it can be a fraud company. So i ordered the groceries of rs.5200 n paid rs.2600 aprox. Thru credit card but when i didn't get any order detail n shipping msg. Then i searched abt. This company n found its a fraud website n app. They are making fool to people n toi is helping them by publishing such kinds of ad n misleading the people. As a renowned newspaper toi should check the relevant information before publishing such ads. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have also placed Order No.[protected] of 2600 and no response. Phones are off - email is bouncing back. When I open site it says my order is cancelled. Its for sure a fraudulent site but how we can recover the money back. Is there a process in our judicial system to recover the money.
I am trying to contact hypermarketkart.com since 7-8 days. Can't do. All their phones are switched off!
I have sent emails to them and also payU.. NO reply. Can anyone help?
