I have place an order by reference to news paper advertisement of the company for one day offer flat 50% off on all products.

I have paid the full amount by credit card and now more than 10 days pass no reply from company and the phone no on app is switch off since last 5 days. I got order and payments confirmation on my email by the company.
Pl help me and guide me how can i track the same of got refund my amount.
