Hypermarketkart published an advertisement in times of india for sale of all groceries at 50% discount. I have purchased goods worth rs 5379.00 and paid rs. 2689.50 through credit card. However, i did receive confirmation from the company stating that someone from the delivery department would call me and deliver the goods by 16th of september. Upon contacting through phone no, i found that there phone no is switched off all the time. Later on i found that several other customers also got cheated by them.
I need help to get our money back. Since they have advertised on reputed newspaper like times of india, it must be easy for police to catch the culprit and give them a tough punishment so that no one else tries to do the same in future.
