Dear sir,

We had ordered grocery online for about rs.5006/-, and paid through the credit card on 4 september, 2017. It was debited from my credit card in the name of payu, mumbai.

They messaged through sms that they will deliver in 10 days, which never happened. Now, the website is not responding and the customer contact number is switched off.

Please take action. The website was fraud and many people lost their money. I request people in the higher authority to please check the website so that the fraud people cannot make the website.
