Hyundai TV — Hyundai tv lcd very pathetic

I have purchased new hyundai lcd tv on 26.10.2014, i found problem in picture quality & also same confirmed by lcd service man, engineer visit twice time and said no problem in the device & he also said that we sell one time one thing & also saying if you want new then give some more money. Please kindly take that issue seriously & resolve my problem asap.
