Hyundai TV — Poor Service repsonse from Hyundai TV servoce Centre | |||
I bought a Hyundai LCD from NEXT retail center in Kanpur in Oct'14. In less than a year my TV screen has gone blank. I registered a complaint 15 days ago with ref no LUC[protected]. Since then I have been daily chaising the Service Engineer and I am been given an excuse for non-availability of parts. Today I am told that the TV will be replaced and he is coming to Pick up the TV. Upon asking when it will be replaced, I am told that it may take 15-20 days. The service engineer refused to give me the service Centre's head Telephone No. The Service centre no. that was given thru SMS when I lodged the complaint is constantly coming switched oFF Was this information helpful? | |||
