First, I couldn't get an app (an online entertainment platform called Hoi Choi) that I download from Google Play to stay in All Apps. It would keep disappearing. That's not a particularly "smart" thing to do for a Smart TV. Hundai people installed some sort of a new software that has helped the app to stay but every time I try to access it, I am asked if I want to uninstall the app. I have to cancel multiple times before the platform can be accessed. All of this is unpredictable (I don't know how many times I have to click "cancel" before I can access the app) and despite raising the problem with the Hyndai multiple times, nothing has been done to replace the TV (which is not even a month old) Was this information helpful? |
