I Am Complaining About The Services — I am complaining about the services

How MANY TIMEs I tried to contact RPO office but no response from there, I don’t understand the logic of working procedures them. I applied my daughter’s minor passport but they took long time still no update. I checked the online status of my daughter’s passport it’s showing that please contact RPO office. I sent them many mails but still no reply also I tried mANY TIMEs RPO landline number but still phone always showing busy no response. I would like humble request to Ministry of external affairs to take the strict action of the services. Here peoples are not free to run behind on this ### RPO office.
