Amount is not being refund or nor providing alternate solution for the same. Its been a one year.

I have been calling/ Emailing no repsonse from team everybody keeping me in loop from last one year.

I am completelty frustated with them.

First payment made on 29th October 2015 rupess 1140.
Second payment made on 25th November 2015 rupees 27, 930
