I would like to bring to your notice that my trip was cancelled last year dec since there was a cyclone at maurius at that point of time. It was discussed with travel agent i need trip travels pvt ltd cd and they have promised refund
It’s been 6 months now after rigourous followup they have just provided me only partial refund
It’s not fair i really need this money for making payments due to lockdown situation and current job scenario
