iBall — Comp book issue - hopeless iball service | |||
Due to Covid-19, we moved from Bangalore to kalaburagi. We have not carried the laptop bill with us. The laptop doesn't came with serial number written in it and the sticker was white for S/N. When I approached the iBall service center in Kalaburagi, they denied the service without s/n. I asked them to do paid service. They told they even can't do it without S/N, inspite the model no is known. I talked to their manager, written to iball help desk, didn't got any response/help. In warranty failure of laptop is not a good sign of quality and they are expecting to store the packing box of laptop where no's are written. Initially we didn't got iany nstruction to store it or written somewhere. Our product is scrap now from 5 months till we back to bangalore. I suggest please don't buy this cheap brand.
