I purchased I ball tab 1035Q90 izahan mar15. After opening the container it didn't start. Shown to sercenter, repaired. Same day another defect it did no recharge. Went to set center, repaired, after two days another defect, it did not start, went to ser center they changed the battery but problem still persisted. They sent it for repair. Recd back after 15 days. Same day detected that camera did not work, charging point glowing. Sent to set center changed camera, repaired. Now after one day it shows more defects, screen glowing indiscriminately. Capture option on screen not showing, speaker not sounding good.
Wts this with a brand new product so many problems? Why, I should suffer for these defective products. Wts the next step pl reply. Waiting for ur feed back. Was this information helpful? |
