Respected sir my name is swapnil shivalkar...I had submited led in lamingiton service center this is my document no [protected] my serial number of led 21224gt06232 i had submited this led in service center...This led getting vision problem...And after 3hrs 4hrs it is getting heating...And it is not getting rotating ...As i given this led in service center... My led was pick up by mr. Vijay lamingiton senior most person...He has given me receipt and kept that product with himself...No he his telling led is ok and today i had called on office number [protected]...He has picked my call...I had asked are u vijay...He replied me in loudly and arrogant language...Ha bol na kai zhala...It shows that iball has worst service desk ...Not even has manner to speak indirectly with customer...How could they speak in front of others.. I m requesting to iball ...Plz give me replacement of my product ...Because i can"t accept faulty product which i had submited in service center and i m requesting to iball company plz take severe action on mr.Vijay who insulting consumer ...Not even have manner to speak indirectly with customer through phone...
