I am giving my product tablet pc slide 6318i to iball company service centre on dated 06/05/2015 document no. [protected] serial no. A[protected] for repaire today approx after 2 month they told me parts not available in the company take it back without repaire we can't do any thing for you after my request they give me iball ho landline no.[protected] i call on that iball ho no. and said all my problems but she also told me after 5-10 min. waiting parts not available we can't do anything sir after my request she launched my complain and give me complain no. ibcc20279 dated 02.07.2015.I also launched online complain my complain no. is ibcc20334 but they send me mail we inform you whenever parts available. What can i do if product saler company told me like that.
