[Resolved]  iBall — Repair on authorised service centers

i purchased i ball slide 7803q-900 tab on 26 dec 2014 through Amazon . It is showing some defect after on month then i go to service center Bathinda, Punjab. They refuesd to check this tab or repair . Reason---(1) i purchased this tab in Tamilnadhu so thats way there is no repair in Punjab . (2) They said online purchased item not to be repaired in any authorised service center. my tab is under warrenty period . Request to all my frds Please Don't purchase I ball 's any item, they not care about his custmours . Go for other nice company micromax or karbon etc.
