Iball Slide — Faulty tab not repaired | |||||
I had purchased a iBall Side PC Tab from M/S Croma retail in April 2015. I the nine months I have had it, the device has crashed eight times. Each time I take it to the service centre, I get it back only after ten to fifteen days. The fifth time I took it in June, they changed the mother board after which it worked quite well for three months. Accidentally it fell and the screen cracked and when I too it to the service centre, I got it back after a month and a day after I got it back, the keyboard did not work. Since I had a lot of pending work, I continued using only the tab and after three days, it cashed again. I took it to the service centre again and this time they called me after 16 days.When I went there, the computer crashed even as they were switching it on. When I vented my anger about this, one of the people there asked me why I had bought the product at all. They wanted one more day. I complained to the customer service unit and they asked me t take the piece back. Again I was told that it would take at least a week to get it repaired. I do not know what to do. I should have thought that so many complaints would at least prompt them to give me a replacement, but apparantly not . Was this information helpful? | |||||
